Q1. What is your minimum for purchase?

A:  We don’t have a minimum. we accept any quantity of sample order.

 

Q2. What are your terms of payment?

A: We accept T/T, Western Union, Alipay 

 

Q3:  May tax or VAT cost to my order?

A:    If your purchase quantity small, we will transport it in the name of “private package”

If your purchase quantity a lot, we will use commercial parcel transportation.

However, The laws and taxes differ greatly from country to country. If you are not sure what the diamonds importing duties are in your country, we suggest contacting your country’s customs department for the most up to date information.

 

Q4:  How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A:   Yes, we have plenty of goods in stock, which can be delivered in 48 ~ 72 hours.

If your order is large, We can confirm delivery within 5~10 working days.

 

Q5.  is it safe to receive a diamond in the mail?

A:   We will use the first-class international express company and all the goods are insured according to the full value of the goods.（DHL/UPS）. All shipments are insured for the full value of their contents.

 

Q6. Will your diamond with a Certificate?

A:   Yes, our loose diamonds provide 2 kinds of certificates for customers to choose

    * Certificate of inspection agency authorized by the Chinese government.

    * IGI certificate
